The London Tech Leaders Leadership Summit 2026
London Tech Leaders (LTL) is a premier, community-led events platform and networking group in the United Kingdom, designed specifically for senior technology executives, CTOs, and engineering leaders. It serves as a space for industry veterans to share ideas, build strategic relationships, and tackle common industry challenges.
The London Tech Leaders Summit 2026 ran over two days on 7th and 8th October, bringing together CTOs, CIOs and senior technology leaders for panels, hands-on workshops and round tables. AI and agentic engineering dominated the agenda.
Diorama Consulting’s founder, Mal, played three roles at the summit:
- On Day 1 he compèred the Tech Teams in Identity Crisis: Redefining Traditional Roles panel.
- On Day 1 he also led an unconference round table, which turned into a debate on humans versus agents.
- On Day 2 he compèred the Future-Proofing Leadership: Skills That Will Matter in 10 Years panel.
